SOLD

Up for sale is a Alroh Nayjon 24inch commercial cricket pitch / larger lawn mower.

I had been using this to mow my nature strip and my Scott Bonnar Model 65 to mow my top area.

Features:

8 blade cylinder – not your normal cylinder as the cylinder is not very big in diameter. Comparing it to a Scott Bonnar model 65 it is heaps smaller in diameter and is probably a smarter invention as when it spins, it is cutting more grass per revolution due to it being smaller in diameter. So in perspective, it is a 10 blade cutter.

Belt driven instead of chain and clutch. I honestly think this is a better method of powering the machine for a few reasons.

1: Maintennance is easy. Pull chain cover off, and simply pull the belts off and replace. They are cheap and any one can do it.

2: One thing I have noticed on this compared to my mod 65 is the fact that it engages the drive a lot smoother as with belts it slowly stretches them rather than just engaging the pins on the clutch found on mod 65. On the 65 is is either on or off, whereas on the alroh, you can sort of ride the clutch - Handy for tighter areas, curves etc.

Kubota Gs200 5.2 hp motor – beast of a thing, tuned to perfection, new air cleaner, dose of carby clean and she hasn’t done hardly any work. Cracker of a sound and revs beautifully though obviously doesn’t need much as it just ploughs along.

Aluminium Catcher – light

Faultess blade adjusting system

And best of all…the mower was made and designed in Australia.

What has been done

I have had it for a few months now and have just given it a general tidy up.

This has consisted of:

Degrease and clean

New belts for blades but near new belts for drive and motor to drive.

Lube of chains

New air filter

Drain of oil

New oil

Carby clean

Motor tuned to perfection

Blades adjusted to perfection

Drain of fuel tank

None of this really needed doing, but wanted to makesure it was running to the best of its ability.

Condition:

The mower itself is in excellent condition. Considering this mower would be worth around the $5000 - $6000 mark your getting a lot of mower for the money. Check for yourself – ring up alroh/mey.

Visually looks stunning and paired to the orange Kubota Motor it looks and is extremely professional. Remember…this isn’t your normal Scott Bonnar model 45. it is a commercial / professional mower and would be more suited to a larger lawn area.

Any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.

Pickup from Mt Colah or you can arrange your own courier/freight and we can arrange a price for packaging.

If you are after a smaller, more domestic mower,  I also have a restored Scott Bonnar 45 listed as well as a Scott Bonnar model 65 30inch.

Thanks
